Applicant Barnu Devi Manoharan described the restaurant's background and plans for the Papillion location, saying they have operated another location for more than eight years and had been looking for space in Papillion for over six months. "We have been in this... Maharaja Indian cuisine... we have another location in Dodge... I'm owning it for more than 8 years now," the applicant said, and invited council members and residents to visit the new location.
