A motion recorded the purchase amount as $98,923 and the board approved it by voice vote.
Staff said the equipment will be used to survey roughly 400 manholes, support a city redevelopment commission model, and allow internal crews to measure culverts and ditches without outside consultants. The district stated no sanitary district operating funds will be used; funding is from the earlier redevelopment agreement.
