Zoning board sets Aug. 18 date for previously tabled case 26-14

The chair later confirmed that the board had no minutes to approve and that there were cases scheduled for the August 18 meeting (and none for August 4), and the board adjourned after a separate motion to close the meeting.
The city will proceed with scheduling and notice for case 26-14 to appear on the Aug. 18 Zoning Board of Appeals agenda.
