"This is the 2nd reading for the ordinance to change this 1 acre parcel, on Highway 41 North from R 3 to C 2 for the operation of a real estate office," the presenting staff member said and reported there was no opposition at the planning commission and that staff recommended approval. The item was presented in pre-council for the council's review; no formal vote was recorded during the pre-council discussion.
