Library Director Tara Engel told the council the library held 10 events in November serving children and adults, added five new patrons, and saw decreased physical circulation while Libby e-book usage remained steady. Engel said the library surplus from replaced computers was directed into more technology and that programming will continue, including a painting tutorial.
Engel announced a community book sale scheduled for Dec. 22–31 with a free-will donation and that 48 books have already been wrapped for the community tree. The library report was submitted as a department head communication and no funding requests or motions were recorded in the minutes related to the library item.
