Palm Beach Shores adopts FY 2025–2026 budget by unanimous vote

Town Treasurer Darlene Hopper had reviewed the tentative budget and answered commissioners' questions during the hearing; the budget package was cited as Exhibit A in the minutes. During public comment, Donna Ward thanked the commission "for including funding in the budget for use by the Environmental Committee/POA for beautification projects," a line-item the record indicates was retained in the adopted budget.
Mayor Alan Fiers adjourned the public hearing at 5:17 p.m. The adopted budget and the adopted millage will be filed according to statutory posting and filing requirements and included in the town’s FY 2025–2026 financial records.
