Union City secures $264,000 in grants for City Building first-floor improvements

Borough Manager Cindy Wells told Council that the borough received three grants totaling $264,000 to support continued improvements on the first floor of the City Building: $75,000 from the ECGRA Anchor Building Grant, $35,000 from the Helping Today Grant (ECF), and $154,000 from a Community Project Fund through Mike Kelly’s office.
"This provides a total of $264,000 for continuing improvements on the first floor of the City Building," Wells said. Council recorded the report; no questions or concerns were noted in the minutes.
