Councilor Joyce moved and Councilor Steadman seconded a motion to designate $39,060.20 in ARPA funds for stormwater repairs in Municipal Lot #1 and to close off a catch basin in Hogan’s Alley; the motion carried.
Borough Manager Cindy Wells reported the borough’s total ARPA allocation of $194,413 and said $160,000 had been designated toward the Willow Street Bridge, of which $25,000 has already been spent, leaving a $59,413 balance available. "ARPA fund total is $194,413," Wells said, and she asked Council to allocate $39,060.20 for the Municipal Lot stormwater work. Council approved the allocation unanimously.
