Village plans to ramp up lateral lining and coordinate water main relays with road projects

Staff also emphasized timing main relay replacements to coincide with road reconstruction projects to avoid re-digging new pavement; they noted a multi-year, example project totaling $1,050,000 across two years for a station/engineering workload.
