Resident shows flood video; staff says engineering and September project planned

“It was crazy. The water came around my house so fast,” Mace said, describing pooling that reached his mailbox and tree. He said prior requests to public works had not produced a fix and asked the board for help. Public works staff responded that they have met with an engineering consultant, will perform survey work and flag utilities, and are targeting a September project to address the site; staff said they will share plans and follow up with Mr. Mace in person.
