Commissioners press staff to slim cemetery headquarters plan after $13M GMP raised concerns

"I think, there's some other things that we've discovered that when we come back, we'll maybe even try to consolidate more," one staff member said. Staff told commissioners they have not finalized timeline for new designs but will return with refined options and a dedicated work session when ready.
