He described the center's ability to incorporate multiple data sources and to improve response times and situational awareness across precincts. Padrick credited the investment and technology with giving commanders more precise, real-time information to guide patrols.
Officials did not specify procurement or operating-cost breakdowns during the presentation. Padrick said the system uses historical crime data to inform deployment, and that the center is now an active, daily operational tool for the department.
