Facilities and maintenance leader Otto Rice presented the district’s start-of-year facilities report, listing preventive maintenance tasks completed over the summer (fire system testing, sprinkler repairs, HVAC software updates) and capital projects finished such as junior high air handler bearing replacements and science hallway lighting upgrades.
