The Dayton School Board voted on Aug. 12 to elect Director Larry Ringnalda as Board Chair and Director Kraig Albright as Board Vice Chair for the 2025–26 year. The nominations were made from the board and each motion carried with unanimous recorded support.
Director Pieper Sweeney nominated Ringnalda for chair and Director Kraig Albright seconded the nomination for vice chair before the vote. The board recorded the results as 6-0 for both leadership positions. The elections followed the administration of the Oath of Office earlier in the meeting.
