Public Works Director Alonso Limones reported that final reports regarding irrigation were submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to comply with the permit. He said staff are inventorying holiday lighting for likely in-house repair and that many sewer alarms were triggered during the recent heavy rains. Limones added the forthcoming Stormwater Master Plan will identify problem drainage areas.
Limones also reported Public Works is installing two service laterals to serve the Donald Café as part of its ongoing infrastructure support for local businesses. Council took no formal action; updates were recorded in the minutes and staff will return with any required follow-up.
