The motion passed 4-0-0.
City Planner Holly Byram presented the staff report and confirmed the permit remains valid through the planned transfer of the property. Ray Kahut of Wigglesworth Holdings LLC said he would be the property owner and landlord; John Jones would operate as Oregon Indoor Shooting Range. Ben Rose and John Jones spoke in support during the public hearing. Staff will issue a Notice of Decision and the standard appeal period will follow.
