City reports: water tests clear, infrastructure report underway, 2025 population estimate 1,158

Public Works Director Alonso Limones reported required water samples were sent to the EPA and that "No contaminants were found in the previous test." Limones also said an old septic tank was removed from the Donald Cafe9 property and crews are relocating and reconnecting equipment that had been mounted on PGE poles.
City Manager Eric Underwood outlined the infrastructure report requested in council goals, reported a preliminary 2025 population estimate for Donald of 1,158 people, and noted the Donald Code of Ordinances has been updated. He said Employee Handbook updates will be presented to the council as a resolution at the January meeting.
