Council discusses farmers market idea; city manager notes contract ends Jan. 11, 2026

City Manager Eric Underwood said the council's multi-year goals could be reviewed next year and that a farmers market could be added to the objectives if the council chooses.
In the city manager report, Underwood also informed the council that his contract with the city ends Jan. 11, 2026 and that he has provided a draft contract to Mayor James Houdyshell for review before it comes before the council. No action or vote on the contract was taken at the meeting.
