Business-license cadence change: City Manager Eric Underwood proposed consolidating business-license renewals to a single annual renewal at calendar year-end. Councilor Coffman moved to approve; Councilor Johnson seconded. Vote: 4-0-0; motion carried.
Adjournment: Councilor Coffman moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 p.m.; Councilor Johnson seconded. Vote: 4-0-0 and the meeting was adjourned.
