Police report: stolen vehicle recovered; department adds two officers

Officer Montez read Chief Parise's police report during the Oct. 14 meeting and said a vehicle stolen from Donald has been recovered and that "the investigation is ongoing." The report and September police statistics were included in the consent agenda.
Council also noted that the Hubbard Donald Police Department recently hired two officers and will provide coverage for the City of Aurora, which had previously contracted with Marion County police. No disciplinary or staffing disputes were recorded during the meeting.
