The clerk reported the district recorded a $199,270 payment for new field lights in the capital outlay and that an $87,678 reimbursement from Senate Bill 1149 has been approved but awaits final paperwork. "The payment of 199,270 for the field lights has at this point all been paid through the general fund," the clerk said, noting the amount will be adjusted when SB 1149 funding is applied.
Board members asked about removing old wooden poles and remediating ruts left by installation equipment. The staff member said they are seeking contractors or equipment to remove the poles and that landscapers are being consulted to estimate costs to level turf and fill divots.
