County Manager James Shubert explained the work covers resurfacing a portion of E. Waring Street, Tara Road and 1.71 miles of 8 Mile Post Road; Commissioner Leonard Burse moved to approve the contract and the motion carried by roll-call with Commissioner Jon Tindall absent.
Shubert told the commission the contract duration is 180 consecutive days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. No further schedule milestones or phased work breakdowns were recorded in the minutes.
