Commissioner Leonard Burse moved to close the public hearing; Commissioner Jon Tindall seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record the public hearing closed at 11:42 a.m., and the board listed July 13, 2026, as the date proposed for approving the minutes and, as the minutes state, for formal action on the matters discussed.
