Commissioners reviewed an interlocal cooperation agreement from Harrison County that reduces the county's riverboat share to 1% from the historical 2% and approved the agreement on a motion by Commissioner Tony Cardwell, seconded by Commissioner Todd Ewen.
River Hills requested a commissioner appointee before Jan. 1, 2026. Preston Shell, who currently represents the commissioners on the River Hills board, was reappointed by board vote.
