Council approves settlement agreement authorization involving developer QMC and neighbor David Grampa

After executive session, a councilmember moved to approve Resolution 1883 authorizing the mayor to execute the settlement agreement; the motion was seconded and the vote passed by voice.
The resolution allows the mayor to execute the settlement agreement as described on the record.
