The minutes state the moratorium is in effect "until more information is obtained from Seward County zoning regulations update." The commission did not record a motion-maker name or a formal roll-call vote for the moratorium in the minutes.
Commissioners said the review will proceed on a measure-by-measure basis as the county publishes its updates. The commission also noted it will propose suggested updates to the village board once it has gathered sufficient information.
