Resident Ronald McCray asked whether RVSA offers tours and whether the facility is accessible to individual visitors. John Bonacore said tours are available and commonly arranged for groups but that individuals can request tours through the RVSA website (rahwayvalleysa.com). "We do offer tours... if you go to our website there is a way to request a tour," he said.
McCray also asked whether RVSA operations affect drinking water costs. Bonacore clarified RVSA treats wastewater (sewage) only and does not provide potable drinking water; any effect on drinking water rates would come from the agency that supplies clean water, not RVSA. The hearing was then adjourned and the record left open to receive additional comments through the stated deadline.
