Staff reports note treasurer's report glitch and parking-lot scheduling concerns

Administration and finance staff provided routine reports July 7. Scott Keppel and Karen provided updates and answered trustees’ questions; Karen was asked to review the treasurer’s report for fields that display 100% when no expenses were recorded, which trustees said appears to be a program glitch.
Public Works staff discussed efforts to delay final paving and curb work until other trades complete tasks to reduce the risk of damage from construction traffic and equipment. "We want to get all the trades out of there and pave our way out," a staff member said. Trustees asked staff to follow up and correct the treasurer-report display issue and to manage scheduling to protect a newly paved surface.
