Council seeks Code Red training, redundancy and policy review after notification gaps

Members agreed to circulate the current policy, pursue training sessions for authorized users, and develop a brief communications protocol for both emergencies and nonemergency community notices (emails, texts, postcards) to avoid overuse while ensuring timely alerts when needed.
