The Chair said she would assemble proposed dates and distribution plans and bring a draft survey and venue options back to the committee in August.
The meeting ended with a motion to adjourn at 6:00 p.m. moved by the Staff member, which received consensus support. No formal votes on policy or budget were taken because the session was advisory in nature.
