At 8:44 pm the Selectboard entered non-public session citing RSA 91-A:3 II(a),(l),(c); the board returned to public session at 9:12 pm and voted to seal the non-public minutes. In discussion recorded following the non-public session, the board noted an unrepaired library window dating to October 2025 with an estimated repair cost of between $7,500 and $8,000. Minutes state there is disagreement over whether the Library Director/Trustees or the town is responsible for the repair, that the town is preparing an MOU with the trustees that is not yet complete, and that it was unclear whether Primex had been contacted regarding the damage and potential hazardous-material concerns.
The minutes do not record a vote assigning payment responsibility or any decision to contact Primex; those follow-ups remain unresolved in the July 6 record.
