The Humboldt City Board unanimously approved the Jan. 26 agenda and the minutes from its Jan. 12 meeting during a regular session at the Humboldt Community Center on Jan. 26, 2026. Theresa Muth moved to approve the agenda; Julien Gambs seconded and a roll-call vote recorded all members voting aye.
Amber Bailey-Froke moved to adopt the Jan. 12 minutes and Muth seconded; that motion also passed on a unanimous roll-call vote. Finance Officer Kristie Ellis asked the board what time it wanted to start the city—qualization meeting; she said an official time will be set at the next meeting on Feb. 9.
