The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened a special session on Sept. 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order; members Mike Noonan and Julian Gambs were present. Tracy Taylor-Edberg attended as town finance officer and attested the minutes.
The board moved to approve the meeting agenda on a motion by Dave Froke with a second by Julian Gambs; the minutes record the result as "All aye, motion carried." There was no open public discussion recorded. The board scheduled its next meeting for Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.
