Humboldt P&Z approves agenda and Sept. 27 minutes

The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened at 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2021 at the Humboldt Community Center and immediately took up routine business. Boardmember Mike Noonan moved to approve the meeting agenda; Bob Zirpel seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous vote.
The board then moved to adopt the regular-session minutes from Sept. 27, 2021. Noonan again moved for approval; Julian Gambs seconded. The minutes were approved by a unanimous "aye" vote. The meeting record shows four members present for roll call: Chairman Dave Froke, Mike Noonan, Bob Zirpel and Julian Gambs.
