The Humboldt City Board approved Resolution R-12-22-2025-04 to annex Tract 1A Pressler Park 2nd Addition to the town of Humboldt. The motion to approve the annexation was made by President Ritchy Griepp and seconded by Julien Gambs; roll call showed all members present voting aye.
The board also approved the replat for Tract 1A Pressler Park 2nd Addition (motion by Theresa Muth, seconded by Griepp). The actions were recorded in the Dec. 22, 2025 minutes and are now part of the municipal record; the minutes list applicant John Jarding in connection with the annexation.
