Palmyra's council authorized Mayor Alan R. Adrian to execute a Letter of Agreement with Adams County Health Department to provide hepatitis antibody and vaccine services for employees in safety-sensitive jobs. Council Member Thornburg moved the authorization and Council Member Thomas seconded; the roll call vote was unanimous.
The council also approved a Use Agreement with The Patio at Flower City after a motion by Council Member Walotka, seconded by Council Member Bland; that motion similarly passed on a unanimous roll call.
