District finance staff presented the monthly financial report comparing year-to-date revenues and expenditures across tax-supported funds and recommended approval of the June 30 financial statements. Highlights included education fund year-to-date revenue of $27,000,006.56 and year-to-date expenditures of $28,000,004.53, a $655,000 monthly transfer to operations, and debt-service and capital fund balances with next tax draws scheduled for December.
Finance staff said the $345,000 temporary loan from the rainy day fund to the pension debt fund will be repaid in December and that all debt-service payments for listed funds have been made. After the presentation a motion to approve the financial reports was moved and approved by voice vote.
