The Clerk reported that a memorandum of understanding with the Eastern Montana Drug Task Force for 2027 is in hand and that paperwork (including tax invoices and supporting statements) has been received and reviewed.
"I've wrote that you signed the Eastern Montana Drug Task Force memorandum of understanding for 2027," the Clerk said, and the Chair acknowledged receipt. Staff discussed whether the documents were complete and agreed the Clerk would compile a certification statement for Prairie County to confirm compliance where required.
The board and staff also reviewed membership paperwork for a regional oil and gas counties organization and other contracts; the Clerk said she would follow up to place reimbursement and certification letters on county letterhead and forward required materials to the county financial contact.
