The Davison County Board of Adjustment recorded the following formal actions on June 9, 2026:

2) Variance — Motion by Nebelsick, seconded by Kiner, to grant a variance requested by Bryan & Cynthia Dixon to create two lots with reduced lot size and width in the Agricultural Residential District (variance considered under section 12:06(b) and section 4:07 of the county zoning ordinance). 3) Conditional-use permit (Swin Ridge LLC) — Motion by Nebelsick, seconded by Claggett, to grant a conditional use for a 1,920-animal unit concentrated animal feeding operation in the Agricultural District (consideration under sections 3:04(10) and 3:10). Conditions recorded: plant and maintain a minimum of three rows of fast-growing trees for the life of the operation; follow the township road maintenance agreement. Roll call vote recorded 5-0 in favor.
4) Adjourn — Motion by Blaalid, seconded by Nebelsick; all members voted aye and the meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m. Auditor Kathy Wingert attested the minutes.
