Darien reviewed recurring subscription and service costs to place a roughly $73,000 figure in context, noting expenses such as hosting, student-assessment services and payroll/accounting systems.
During the roll call, several members recorded abstentions on item 2 under A1 while registering 'yes' votes on other A-series items; the clerk recorded the presence and votes of board members as called. The board did not adopt any further changes during the session and moved other agenda items afterward.
