The Carlisle City Council met on July 17, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at 100 N 1st Street, Carlisle. Mayor Dan Carver and council members Andrya Carter, Rudy Cataldo and Tracey McAvoy were present, constituting a quorum; Krista Beck and Beth Sauter were noted absent. City staff present included City Administrator Deven Markley, Public Works Director Tony Rhinehart and City Engineer Mitch Holtz.
No members of the public submitted comments during the citizen participation portion. The council approved Change Order #2 for the School Street Phase 3 Project to add ADA-compliant sidewalk and a crossing near City Hall; the motion to approve was made by Tracey McAvoy, seconded by Andrya Carter, and passed on a roll call vote of 3-0. Later in the meeting Rudy Cataldo moved to adjourn at 4:33 P.M.; the motion carried by unanimous consent, 3-0.
