Mayor Dan Carver moved, with a second from Krista Beck, to table the purchase and request comparable 18TB quotes from Baycom and Sector; the motion carried unanimously (5-0). Staff noted the city will own the hardware rather than lease it and will return with comparable bids sized to 18 terabytes.
