Neil Grant presented revisions to the Martin Marietta site plan that was first processed in 2018. The revisions remove the on-site scale house and replace it with a remote/ticket-printer kiosk; the applicant will build a small portion of the shop now to secure an address, with a larger addition planned later that will not be visible from the street.
City Administrator Deven Markley noted the revised plan triggers additional steps required before final project approval. Planning & Zoning recommended approval unanimously. A motion by Cataldo with a second from Tracey McAvoy to approve the updated site plan carried unanimously on a roll call vote (5-0).
