Jim Gochie moved to authorize the applications and to allow use of no more than $6,000 from the reserve; George Morehouse seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
Boulanger also described a second grant opportunity for approximately $10,000 for a possible high-capacity pump; the board voted 5-0 to authorize moving forward with that grant application as well. The minutes record the authorizations but do not list vendors, grant program names, application deadlines, or a procurement plan for equipment purchase following award.
