The Concord Selectboard on July 7 voted unanimously to hire Mindi (Mindy) Wren as the town’s Grant Administrator and to ask her to apply for State Historical Registry listing for the Town Hall.
Wren told the board she had already researched a few grants for the Town Hall and said that listing the building on the state registry would create additional grant opportunities. George Morehouse moved to hire Wren at $60 per hour until the budgeted annual total of $20,000 is reached; Jim Gochie seconded and the motion passed 5-0. The board then voted, also 5-0, to authorize Wren to apply to the Vermont State Historical Registry for the Town Hall.
