Committee signs off on two Level 2 EV chargers at 832 Route 134

Dave Mason of GFS Electric described a plan to install two Level 2 EV charging stations at 832 Route 134, saying one charger will attach to a light pole and the other will sit on the sidewalk and both will serve two parking stalls. “We're installing 2... Level 2 EV charging stations... It services 2 car parking spots,” Mason said.
Committee members asked about visibility from the road and the size of the LED screens; Mason said the units sit well back in the lot and that LED displays would be small and visible only when a vehicle is at the station. A motion to approve the application was made, seconded and approved by unanimous voice vote.
