Committee extends temporary DHW rule tied to 2025 legislation and approves pending rule

Later in the same session, Larsen presented Docket No. 16-0602-2501 again as a pending rule to replace the temporary rule. Rep. Redman moved to approve the pending rule, and the motion carried by voice vote.
