Grand Ledge City Council moved into closed session at 7:58 p.m. under the Open Meetings Act, Section 8(d), to consider the purchase or lease of real property. The council returned to the regular meeting at 8:26 p.m., and then voted to authorize the City Manager to execute the Commonwealth Administrative Settlement dated May 29, 2026, for parcel #E10.
The motions to enter and exit closed session, and to authorize the settlement, were recorded as carried unanimously in the meeting minutes. Staff will proceed with executing the settlement as authorized by council action.
