The Cohasset City Council authorized a supplemental letter agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) to carry out Phase 1 survey work for the sanitary sewer expansion on County Road 76 and adjacent local roads. Staff described the survey scope to include property pins, benchmarks, topography, septic drain fields, and well-location mapping. Because heavy foliage prevents drone work, survey crews will conduct property walks.
The work was estimated at $25,000 and described as falling within previously approved bonding bill funds. Councilor Shannon Benolken moved to approve the SEH supplemental letter agreement; Councilor Kevin Tinquist seconded, and the motion carried unanimously among members present.
