Grand Ledge City Council voted unanimously July 13 to approve Change Order No. 4 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System Improvements Clean Water State Revolving Fund Project #5825-01. City Manager Adam Smith told the council the project is on schedule and on budget, and recommended approval of the change order.
Doug Urquhart of Hubbell, Roth & Clark reviewed the technical elements of Change Order No. 4 for council members. The council approved the change order by motion; minutes state the motion carried unanimously.
